By creating an account or using GeoBrief ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GeoBrief is an intelligence briefing platform that aggregates publicly available news and provides AI-powered tools for analysis and content creation in the GEOINT, defense, space, and AI domains.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use AI-generated content to mislead others about its origin
• Share your account with others
• Circumvent any rate limits or access controls

GeoBrief uses OpenAI to generate executive summaries, LinkedIn post drafts, and brief syntheses. This content is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use or publication.

You retain ownership of content you publish using AI-assisted drafts. GeoBrief claims no ownership over your published posts.

Article content displayed on GeoBrief is sourced from third-party publications via public RSS feeds. GeoBrief does not claim ownership of that content. All original GeoBrief software, design, and branding is our intellectual property.

We impose reasonable daily limits on AI-powered features (executive summaries, LinkedIn posts, brief syntheses) to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may change over time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Intelligence and news content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOBRIEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
